MEET THE TEAM
Spring 2022 Leadership Team
President: Jenny Boyer
Senior Management:
As President, it is my responsibility to oversee the goals and strategies of AMA UT, establish chapter objectives that align with our mission and vision, and monitor performance and operational success. I also mentor and motivate a team of other leaders and facilitate collaboration and communication between teams.

Executive Vice President: Haleigh Hafner
The EVP assists the President and other department heads with day-to-day functions, and must be in constant communication with all departments, the President, and faculty advisors to ensure the executive board is able to function at a high level. The EVP takes direction from the President to keep departments on task. The EVP must obtain tactical objectives of AMA UT through delegating projects and initiatives to other department VPs. EVP must also be involved in all important discussions with the President and faculty advisors concerning conflicts of interest, important decisions concerning all roles, on-boarding and elections, training and transitions, etc.

Programming Team:
VP Programming: Eva Romkey
As VP of programming I work with local companies, and people working in the marketing field to plan and execute events.

Membership Team:
VP of Membership: Morganne Mannino
As Vice President of Membership, I will be keeping records, answering question for prospective members and promote the club and what is has to offer!

Director of Membership: Corinne LoVecchio
As the Director of Membership, I help assist the VP in taking attendance and organizing our membership list. I will also assist in the registration of new members to ensure they are signed up correctly and can explore all the opportunities AMA provides.

Finance Team:
VP of Finance: Allie Malloy
As Vice President of Finance I am in charge of tracking the flow of funds within the organization and using this data to create financial statements. The finance team then makes smart financial decisions based on this data.

SME of Finance: Lohitha Sakamuri
As Subject Matter Expert of Finance, I am involved in the financial processes in conjunction with the Director and VP of finance through weekly meetings. I primarily handle the reregistration of AMA UT members by diligently sending emails and collecting appropriate funds.

Partnerships Team:
VP of Partnerships: Christina Cevetillo
As Vice President of Partnerships, my role is to bring members and the Tampa Bay area and marketing industry together. I am responsible for all off-campus events including AMA International Collegiate Conference, social events, fundraising events, volunteering and internship opportunities to enhance each member's experience.

Director of Partnerships: Margot Lambert
As Director of Partnerships, I work with the Partnerships Department to connect with the Tampa Bay Community, and other AMA chapters My role is to work with my team to keep the chapter updated with Ama National events coming up.

Social Media & Engagement:
VP of Social Media & Engagement: Milvia Fisher
As VP of Social Media and Engagement, I lead the communications team contributing to the growth of the chapter and professional development of the SME team members. My role consists of creating strategies to deliver quality content, promoting events ahead of time and keeping members and potential new members updated with the latest news and opportunities. Ensuring a direct and effective communication will result in the success and growth of the UT AMA chapter.

Director of Social Media: Jason Hines
As Director of Social Media and Engagement I am responsible for developing the social media posts as well as writing the content for said posts. Additionally, I am responsible for analyzing all of the data and statistics related to social media.

SME of Social Media: Callie Kesilewski
As SME of Social Media, I develop content for AMA's social media platforms at the University of Tampa. In addition, I monitor social media analytics on our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages to maximize engagement. I also research trending/popular hashtags to optimize AMA UT's outreach on social media. An important part of my role is collaborating with the other members of the Social Media & Engagement team to create a cohesive plan to continually improve our skills in marketing and in business.

Website Director: Madison Milton
As the Website Director my responsibilities include creating new pages on the website, updating existing pages and communicating with members or potential members through the website. Other responsibilities include posting weekly marketing blogs and trends on the website.

SME of Website Content: Ashley Rosa
As the Subject Matter Expert of Website Content on the Executive Board, my role entails being responsible for updating the website with all of the latest information regarding AMA, AMA agency meetings, uploading blog posts, creating new website pages, and updating existing pages. I work closely with the Website Director to make sure the website is working appropriately and informing our members of what is to come.

SME of Sykes COB: Arjun Dutta
As the Subject Matter Expert of Website Content on the Executive Board, my role entails being responsible for updating the website with all of the latest information regarding AMA, AMA agency meetings, uploading blog posts, creating new website pages, and updating existing pages. I work closely with the Website Director to make sure the website is working appropriately and informing our members of what is to come.

Sales Institute Liason: Ariella Fugel
effectively engage with AMA UT members and nonmembers via online communication channels. Work with Stacey Schetzsle, the Director of the Institute for Sales Excellence, to develop a strong sales focus within AMA. Promote the Sales Minor that was recent added to the Sykes College of Business curriculum. Curate social media copy and content for all events planned by the Sales Institute. Assist in planning for the National Sales Competition sponsored by the American Marketing Association.

Digital Media Team:
VP of Digital Media: Lauren Truelove
As the VP of Digital Media, my role is to create content shareable across all platforms that represents AMA at The University of Tampa to its full potential. This involves content creation of all types providing the social media team the tools they need to engage with the UT community.

SME of Graphic Design: Nicole Gagnon
My job as the Subject Matter Expert of Graphic Design is to translate our brand image into creative and memorable ways through the use of graphic design for all of our marketing channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Email. I will be working alongside the VP of Digital Media and the Subject Matter Expert of Photography to generate content for the stated platforms.

SME of Graphic Design: Kenneth Ramsey
As one of the Subject Matter Experts of Graphic Design I work to with AMA and the College of Business to create social posts for our presence on a variety of platforms.

SME of Videography: Alyssa Gilday-Fenger
As the SME of videography, I create video content across multiple platforms for our chapter. I utilize editing software such as Abode CC to bring creativity and engaging content to life representing our events and AMA as a whole.

Faculty:
Faculty Advisor: Professor Beemer
Professor Beemer instructs the Introduction to Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Strategy class at the University of Tampa. Mr.Beemer was a business owner and proceeded to work in Sales and Marketing Management for Mars Inc. for nearly 25 years. He has been teaching at UT for six years.
